  2. Prepare 8 oz Neufchatel Cheese

  1. Chop 5 Green Onions coarsely, white and green parts. At aside some of the "greens" to sprinkle on top.
  2. Cut the cheese into 1" squares. This will help the mixing.
  3. Crumble the smoked trout. Set aside enough to sprinkle on the top.
  4. Add the trout, onions, cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt, & pepper to a food processor. You may want to do half at a time.
  5. Pulse until everything is incorporated.
  6. Place in a nice serving bowl and top with the remaining "greens" from step 1 & trout from step #3. Recommend chilling In the refrigerator to allow the flavors to blend.
