- Cook potato and leave it to cool, meanwhile grill asparagus (or you can boiled up to you) as well marinate onion, first put onion for 5min to boiled water, after rinse in cold water and add balsamic vinegar. As well mix all ingredients for dressing and mix potato with dressing.

In large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, asparagus and green onions. Meanwhile, for dressing, in mini food processor, combine avocado, water, dill, lemon juice, green onion, salt and pepper to taste. Drain and immediately place asparagus in ice water. Drain potatoes and place in a large bowl; add asparagus. In a small bowl, combine the mustard and lemon juice; whisk in oil until combined.
