- First roast the vermicelli in a Pan for 2 minutes. Then add ghee after 30 seconds add milk and stir well. Then boil for 9 to 10 minutes. Add sugar elaichi powder, cream, condensed milk. When it's consistency becomes like a kheer then divide into three parts.
- Then in one part add green colour, second part orange colour. Now take a plate and take one spoon of white kheer, second green, third Orange see in picture and serve a shown in the picture. Garnish with colorful sprinkles.
