  3. Heat oil, add hing, all vegetables with garlic, ginger paste… Add green chillies. Stir in high flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add soy sauce, chillie sauce, schezwan sauce and salt.
  5. Then add cooked vermicelli noodles and saute for 1 minutes.
  6. Serve hot garnish with coriander leaves.
