- Take 1 bay leaf
- Take 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Get 1/2 coriander powder

- Prepare as per taste Salt
- Prepare 1 tbsp oil/ghee
Instructions to make Vermicelli Veg Biryani:
- Take and pan and deep fry the vermicelli until golden brown.
- Take another pan and add ghee/oil, add all dry garam masala. Once roasted add onions and green chillies. Once onion is translucent add ginger garlic paste and cook until raw aroma is released. Then add tomatoes and all chopped vegetables. Saute for few mins.
- Now add 3cups of warm water and bring it to boil. Once boiled add roasted vermicelli and close the lid. cook for 10mins on medium flame. Yummy vermicelli biriyani is ready. Serve with ur favourite chutneys.
- Note: You can do this with chicken and mutton minced.
