  1. Prepare 1/2 cup Vermicelli
  2. Prepare 2-1/2 cups warmed Milk

  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp Ghee

Instructions to make Vermicelli Payasam:
  1. Heat Ghee in heavy bottom pan.
  2. Add the nuts and when slightly browned, add the raisins. When the raisins puff up, remove and set aside.
  3. In same pan roast vermicelli.till golden brown.
  4. Add milk to it and cook it on medium flame.
  5. Cover it with lid.and cook until vermicelli cooked.
  6. Add condensed milk and Sugar saffron cardamom powder.stir it and cook it for 5mins.
  7. Transfer it to bowl garnish it with dryfruits.
