  2. Add water to the same pan. Add pineapple essence and yellow food colour.
  3. When it boils add Vermicelli and salt. Cook till soft.
  4. Add the sugar and mix till it melts and combines together. Add the roasted cashew and rasins. Mix well.
  5. You can serve it hot or cold. Stays good for a day if refrigerated.
