  1. Take a pan and add one tbs deshi ghee and roast vermicelli till the golden brown..then keep aside the roasted vermicelli..
  2. Take a pan and pour the milk…when milk become some thik then add saffron, almonds,pistachio, coconut and Sugar..after 5 minutes add vermicelli and stire continiously..
  3. When the Burfi mixture become thik,..off the flame..take a tray or box.grease it and pour the mixture in the box..
  4. Spread some drifruits on the Burfi…let it cool down for one hour…
  5. Finally cut it into pieces and garnish with silver warq..enjoy this innovative and tasty Burfi..thnku.
