  3. Put in freezer another hour or so to harden up. Take them all off, and put in a freezer bag or freezer container, and store in freezer.
  4. TIP/FYI: whenever you want to eat some, never let them defrost completely because bananas will be soggy. Usually I just take a few or however many I want out of the freezer container that I put them in, and let them sit out on a napkin about 10 min or so.

Lay the bites on the prepared baking sheet and freeze until solid, for about an hour. In a small bowl, melt dark chocolate with coconut oil until smooth. Flavorful mix of Açaí berry, peanut butter, and banana sorbet in a rich chocolate coating. Place coated banana bites on the second baking sheet; sprinkle each with toffee bits. Repeat until all the bites are coated.
