- Prepare 300 g carrot, in thin batons
- Prepare 1/4 Savoy cabbage, shredded with the core diced small
- Make ready 2 tbsp mirin
- Take 2 tbsp soy sauce (I always use Pearl River Bridge dark but that’s just our preference)
- Prepare 1 (120 g) packet black bean sauce
- Take 450 g ready-to-wok noodles
Mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic. In the meantime, mix together the stir fry sauce. In a small bowl, add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, miso paste, mirin, brown sugar, cornstarch, and if you'd like to have a lot of sauce, water. Thinly sliced pork is cooked with soy sauce, sake, and mirin along with ginger.
