  1. Grate the kithul jaggery and keep it a side
  2. Beat the egg until it become fluffy
  3. Add coconut milk,vanilla extract, nutmeg power,cardamom pod seed and a pinch of salt, and beat it until it become fluffy without any lumps.
  4. Now stain the mixture and pour it into a steaming bowl
  5. Sprinkle some cashew and mix it so that some cashew get sink's.
  6. Now cover it with foil
  7. Place that bowl in double boiler and steam it for 30-35-40 minutes or until it just set.
  8. Serve it warm or chilled (planting).
