  4. Next, add puréed tomatoes and tomato paste to the meat and season with salt. Give a good stir and then add ½ cup water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes on a low heat.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a separate pan. Add diced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and fry them until crispy.
