- Then add sabji masala and mix well. Add potatoes, peas, turnip, carrots & capsicum. Mix well. Cover with the lid and cook again mixing inbetween till all the vegetables are cooked well.
- When the vegetables are cooked then add garam masala & coriander leaves. Mix well & switch off the gas. Cover it with a lid and let it sit for 5 min. Open and again mix well.
- Transfer the ready mixed vegetable in the serving bowl & serve hot with chapati.
