- Mushroom ko wash karein then cotton kitchen cloth se dry karein. And cut karein
- Now kadai me oil gram karein and add jeera seed 1 sec fry karein then add onion chopped and fry..
- Then add ginger paste mix it well and fry then add capsicum chopped 2 min fry then add tomato pure mix it well and fry for 5 min ..
- Add to all spices like (Haldi, Dhaniya powder, lal Mirch powder, salt, chat masala, gram masala few ) then add little water and mix it well fry to 5 min
- Then add mushroom and mix karein add water 2 cup then slow gas par 10 min cover kar ke pakaye . - Jab mushrooms pak jaye to Kasturi methi bhun ke sprinkle karein rub kar ke then add chopped hara Dhaniya.
- Serve with chapati, naan etc
