  9. When the vegetables become tender add rajma seeds and potatoes. Then add the paste of sea same and pumpkin seeds.Fry thoroughly adding water from time to time on a low flame.At times cover the karai.
  10. As the vegetables get almost cooked add the saffroned milk and cover the karai for 5-7minutes more adding salt and sugar therewith.
  11. Remove from the flame and serve hot topping up with cashews raisins and almond powder
