- Take mustard oil boil it and let little smoke come, add salt slow down the flame,add garlic cloves,sliced ginger and Hari mirch, jeera hing, ajwain
- Mix it well add vinegar and Gur liquid
- Add all masala and vegetables and mix well
- Stir it well and let it cool
- Fill in the jar
