- Then add chopped tomatoes, spinach, dill, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Sauté for 3-4 minutes and then add soaked dal and a cup of water. Pressure cook for 4 whistles. When pressure subisdes, open the cooker and add the soaked bulgur wheat.
- Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes. Drizzle a tablespoon of ghee and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
