- Heat oil in a pan on medium to high flame. Deep fry the vada’s placing them in oil from the side. Let them rise. Flip over a couple of times until they are golden brown. Remove and place them on a kitchen towel to remove any excess oil. - Enjoy with a nice masala tea.
