  2. Pour into the a greased loaf tin. - Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 C for about 30 to 40 minutes. Check with a tooth pick in the centre. If it comes out clean banana loaf is done.
  3. Take out of oven and leave it to cool at least for 1/2 an hour. Enjoy your loaf with a cuppa.

Place loaf pans on a baking sheet in the oven. Peel the bananas and mash with a fork. Tip into a large mixing bowl.
