- Make ready 20 medjool dates
- Make ready 6 tablespoon fresh cream

- Roast the sesame seeds. I have coloured it but you can leave it plain if you wish. - In a bowl add the dates (remove pits) cream and ghee and microwave on high power for 1 minute. Remove and let it cool.
- In a food processor add biscuits and nuts and grind coarsely. Leave aside. - Mix the date mixture in the food processor until fine paste. - Remove in a plate and mix the biscuit and nuts. Make small balls and roll it in sesame seeds. You can use a mould or leave it as it is.1.
I doubled the salt amount and rolled them in hemp seeds. Full of fiber, protein, and healthy fats. Medjool dates are naturally very soft. Still, I soak them for a few minutes in hot water while assembling the other ingredients. Add the dates and a little water that they soaked into a small-sized food processor and pulse to create a "date paste." Add additional water as desired to thin the consistency.
