  5. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper. Take a large handful of the mix, using two hands compact the mix into a ball and place on the baking tray. Do this with all of the mix (6 burgers). Now take a second baking tray and rest it on top of the ball (bottom side down) push this tray down until the patties are approximately an inch (2.5cm) thick. Remove the top baking tray and place to burgers in the oven for 25 minutes, turning half way through.
  6. I chose to serve my burgers on toasted brioche, with hummus, toasted pine nuts and some alfalfa sprouts, alongside buttered and salted green beans BUT potato fries would work just as well πŸ˜‹
