  1. Add oil in pan. Add onion,spice mix, garlic. Stir & fry until onion yurn golden brown.
  2. Add bitter gourd. Stir. Add chilli powder, corriender powder, turmeric powder. Stir. Add water. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt. Stir. Add coconut milk. Stir. Let it cook for 2 minutes. (Low flame)
