- Heat ghee in a wok and add dates puree.
- Saute for 2 minutes and add remaining milk.
- Cook till the mixture forms a mass in the centre of the pan.
- Now let it cool completely.
- When halwa cools down then grease hands and make small balls of it.
- Flatten halwa balls and keep ready coconut balls in the centre and seal edges properly.
- Garnish with sprinklers and sesame seeds.
- Refrigerate again for 1/2 an hour.
- Serve chilled. It tastes heavenly.
